Dear Petro Nissan,

I have to tell you about my buying experience at Petro Nissan. I have been trading with a local dealer on several vehicles over the past 6 years. I often bought because of the dealer experience not the vehicle. We went to Petro because I really like the looks of the Nissan Frontier. My research also indicated that it would be a good vehicle for my needs. The icing on the cake is the fact that Frontier is made in Ms.

We were greeted by Pierre, one of the sales staff.  Pierre showed us some of the features and offered a Frontier test drive. During the negotiation I was determined to get a good trade in value for our car. Pierre handled my objections professionally with no frustration. I was impressed by his helpful demeanor. After 3 rounds Pierre brought back an offer I accepted.

During this time I had an opportunity to observe other members of the sale staff. I saw a sales culture that bordered excellence. Every customer I observed had a positive experience.

 When my paperwork was ready Pierre introduced me to Bobby in finance. Bobby wowed me too with all advantages I was going to receive by being a Petro customer; things like free oil changes and tire rotations, plus all of the other great things that Petro does for their customer.  After I completed my paperwork Pierre gave me a tour of the service dept. He showed me where I should pull in and where I would find the service writer.

As you know I am a student of customer service. Petro wowed me more than once. If only other local businesses followed their example, there would be less business failures.

I meant to send this to you yesterday, but I am glad I didn't because I got a call from Bobby yesterday afternoon informing me that he had found a better finance deal and if I would come in he would save me an additional 2% interest on the loan. Never in all my experiences have I had that happen. Never!

I can honestly say that you live your brand. From the sales culture, to the business office and service dept. Petro is a great example of memorable service.
